發展沿革
中國文化大學運動教練研究所(以下稱本所),成立於 1994 年,原棣理學院,
為江界山主任、陳嘉遠老師、周 玉老師及吳慧君老師聯合創立,為我國第一所運動教練專業研究所。
- 1994 江界山 主任歷經六年契而不捨申請成立本所,為本所第一任所長,在任期間克盡職責擔任所長一職 12 年。
- 2000 年本校成立「教育學院」,本所改棣教育學院。
- 2005 年奉教育部 94.9.23. 台高(一)字第 0940129121 號文核准成立博士班,於 2006 年招生。
- 2006 年 8 月 1 日起,由教育學院 歐陽教 院長監交,林正常 教授繼任所長一職, 為本所第二任所長。
- 2009 年 8 月 1 日起,本所與體育學系合併,成為「體育學系運動教練碩士班」與「體育學系運動教練博士班」。
- 2016 年林正常 教授退休,盧俊宏 教授繼任本所第三任所長。
- 2020 年成立「體育運動健康學院」,本所改棣體育運動健康學院。
- 2021 年 8 月 1 日起,由體健學院 蘇俊賢 院長監交,吳慧君 教授擔任本所第四任所長。
The Graduate Institute of Sport Coaching Science at Chinese Culture University was established in 1994 under the College of Natural Science and was the first graduate institute in Taiwan dedicated to professional education and research in sport coaching. In 2000, following the establishment of the College of Education at Chinese Culture University, the Institute became affiliated with the College of Education. With the approval of the Ministry of Education on September 23, 2005, the Ph.D. Program in Sport Coaching was officially established, with the first cohort admitted in 2006. The establishment of the Institute was made possible through the persistent efforts of Dr. Jasson Chiang, who devoted 6 years to advocating for its establishment and subsequently served as the founding Director for 12 years. On August 1, 2006, under the supervision of Dr. Jiaw Ouyang, Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Jung-Charng Lin succeeded him as Director of the Institute. On August 1, 2009, the Institute merged with the Department of Physical Education and was restructured as the Master’s Program and the Ph.D. Program in Sport Coaching under the Department of Physical Education. Following the retirement of Dr. Jung-Charng Lin in 2016, Dr. Frank Lu was appointed as the third Director of the Institute. In 2020, the College of Kinesiology and Health was officially established under the strong promotion of Dr. Chun-Hsien Su. On August 1 of the same year, under the supervision of Dr. Chun-Hsien Su, Dean of the College of Kinesiology and Health, Dr. Huey-June Wu was appointed as the fourth Director of the Institute. Since its establishment, the Institute has remained committed to advancing sport coaching education, research, and professional development in Taiwan through academic inquiry, interdisciplinary collaboration, and practical application.
